The Accelerate Program is designed for the Long Distance Endurance Athlete looking to compete in endurance sports, such as running, triathlons, swimming, & cycling. This program is designed to keep you healthy and build the muscle you’ll need to sustain and reach your goals in competition.

When you are ready, give us the dates of your next scheduled competition, and your Strength Coach will push out a specifically designed 8 week competition prep phase onto your training calendar. This pre-competition phase is designed to have you advance, right when you need to, for your competition.

By completing the athlete registration process and purchasing the AIM STRONG Accelerate Strength/Conditioning Program, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and Terms and consent to be bound by both.

Ideal Training Week includes:

  • Three Training Days (i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

  • One Mobility Day 

  • 4 to 5 Total Workouts 

  • Three Strength Sessions (Two mandatory, One recommended) 

  • One to Two Conditioning Sessions

Required Equipment: 

Barbell | Plates | Squat Rack | Pull-up Bar | Dumbbells | Kettlebells | Med Ball | Physio Ball | Jump Stretch Band | Bike and/or Rower 

Optional Equipment:

Sled | Slam Ball | Mini Band or Hip Circle | Trap Bar | Weighted Vest
